“When I wanted to do scuba diving and paragliding 30 years ago there were no facilities” says Rupin Shah a 50 year old surgeon from Mumbai who took paragliding lessons at Nirvana adventures with his 21 year old son last year. “I had to wait till now to finally have them handed to me on a platter.”

Paragliding the first time like all other first times will be fraught with anxiety even if you are on a tandem flight with an experienced pilot. But let all this not stop you from going ahead anyways because what comes next as the glider surfs the airwaves is a gentle experience quite unlike any you’ll ever experience.
