Celebrating Holi & Paragliding with Nirvana Adventures

Holi at Native Place and Nirvana Adventures was a treat – lots of colour , excitement, running chasing, splashing and squealing and hosing down . The weather was another story all together. The winds turned east n the morning and we scrambled back to Shinde tekdi with the Elementary Pilot Paragliding students where things went on quite well.

Paragliding into the New Year with Nirvana Adventures

Bringing in the New Year on a high, quite literally, was on the agenda for 2017. . The usual suspects gathered at Tower hill and monkeyed around while we waited for the right moment to take off. And it wasn’t just the adults excited to fly. The youngest member of the Nirvana family was one of the first to take off. And his enthusiasm was definitely infectious!

Yippee! Tower Hill is working once more :)

Saturday we can call the official opening of the flying at Tower Hill for the season. Flyable from 8.30 in the morning up to sunset. Tower dished out her usual magic and through the day there were varying conditions to suit any pilot choice. Pilots flew all day long, top landing for refreshments or a break and taking to the air once more. Me thinks the Swedes did the trick and brought good weather with them. A truly glorious flying day it was that left me humming the words ‘ what a feeling’ .
